Hertz is making it way cheaper to drop off a rental car without filling the tank first. Down from around $7.99 a gallon, they are now charging the market rate plus a flat $6.99 refueling fee. Granted, the current market rate is still pretty high, but at least it’s fair(er?).

The airlines are at it again! Delta airlines announces that they will begin charging $50 to check a 2nd bag starting August 5th, this fee has doubled! That’s $100 round-trip if your checking a second bag! So, don’t check a second bag if you don’t have to! Visit our airlines fees page for an extensive list of fees.
